Shelley Simon is the owner of “The Pie Outlet”, making pies that stand out for their uniqueness and quality.

She started in the pie business 9 years ago in Cottam, Ontario.

She moved to Thunder Bay to re-open the Historic Silver Mountain Station Restaurant,
bringing her unique pie business with her.
Shelley was fine-lined for the Dragons Den in 2009.
